Move your home with a plan for each room
For moving in Mount Royal, describe every part of the home that contributes to the load. A garage, basement or outside storage area may add items and a different carrying route from the main entrance.
Label boxes by the new rooms and identify large furniture before packing around it. The basement furniture measuring guide helps with restricted turns, while packing help can cover the tasks you want included in the quote.

What to know before you book
Can you handle a Mount Royal condo move?
Share your unit, floor, loading entrance and elevator arrangements. We will review the building requirements with your inventory before confirming the move.
Should I reserve the elevator first?
Ask management which dates and time windows are available, then coordinate that information with us. A tentative moving date and a confirmed elevator booking are different things.
Do you disassemble beds and large furniture?
Identify those pieces when requesting a quote. The required tools, work and reassembly should be agreed in advance; some fitted or complex pieces may need a specialist.
Can you pack the household as well?
Packing can be discussed as part of the service. Explain which rooms, fragile items and supplies you need so the packing work is included in the plan.
What if a sofa does not fit in the elevator?
Measure the furniture, elevator door and interior, corridors and turns before moving day. Send photos and dimensions so alternatives can be assessed before loading.
Should I empty dressers and cabinets?
Discuss specific furniture with the team. Remove loose, breakable or heavy contents, and keep keys and small hardware in labelled bags rather than leaving them inside drawers.
Can you quote before I know the exact inventory?
You can begin with the main pieces and an estimated box count. Update the inventory as it becomes clearer, because additional belongings can change the crew, truck and time required.
